Corey Wolff

Corey is the Founder and President of Coral Reef Partners, where he leads the company’s strategic direction while staying actively engaged in daily operations. Passionate about renewable energy, Corey believes in the work we do and empowers his teams to perform at their best.

With a degree from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, he brings a well-rounded perspective to his work.

Corey has overseen the completion of more than 300 solar projects across 14 states, helping to drive the transition to clean energy.

Corey is an avid golfer and resides in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two daughters.

President + CEO

Roger Wrigley

Chief Operating Officer

Roger is the Chief Operating Officer at Coral Reef Partners, where he leads all operations and pre-construction services. A Desert Storm veteran, Roger brings a hands-on, mission-driven approach to his work, based on years of leadership experience in the energy and construction industries.

He holds degrees and certifications in law enforcement, occupational health and safety, and construction management, and is currently pursuing his MBA.

Roger has led the execution of solar projects across 16 states. He enjoys traveling, woodworking, and is a rabid Red Sox fan!

Tricia Paniagua

Tricia is the Director of Project Execution at Coral Reef Partners, where she oversees the smooth and efficient delivery of each project from start to finish. Known for her sharp attention to detail and strategic mindset, she plays a key role in keeping projects on track and exceeding client expectations.

She holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and a certification from the ABC Project Management Institute.

Since joining Coral Reef in 2021, Tricia has led a number of important projects, including Pennsylvania’s largest school-based solar project to date – a 4.4 MW system combining rooftop and ground-mounted arrays across two campuses.

Gina Ruhl

Director, Human Resources

Gina brings 20+ years of HR and Occupational Health & Safety experience to Coral Reef.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Hygiene Management from Millersville University and a Human Resources certificate from Penn State University.

Joining the solar industry for the first time, Gina serves as a main point of contact for all CRP employees while working to further enhance the employee onboarding program and aiding in the creation of a workforce development program.

Outside of work, Gina is a proud pet mom to three furbabies!

Nate Woods

Manager, HSE

Nate leads the Health, Safety, and Environmental department at Coral Reef Partners, where he leads training efforts and ensures safe working conditions across all job sites. A U.S. Navy veteran, Nate brings discipline, focus, and more than two decades of safety management experience to the role.

He studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Missouri and holds a wide range of specialized certifications ranging from fall protection and confined space entry to excavation, electrical safety, and radiation protection.

Nate served as Deputy Safety Officer for dredge operations on Australia’s Wheatstone Oil and Gas Project—the country’s first natural gas hub and the largest offshore gas-processing platform ever installed. “To be part of a $29 billion, history-making project was incredible,” he says.

Tammy Smith

Tammy is the Controller at Coral Reef Partners, where she oversees all accounting functions and supports the company’s financial operations. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Accountancy and is a licensed CPA.

Tammy began her career in public accounting before moving into the automotive industry and eventually finding her niche in construction accounting working with electrical and mechanical contractors, bringing deep industry knowledge to her role at Coral Reef.

A central PA resident, Tammy has two children; and is a diehard Penn State football and Philadelphia Phillies fan.

Marketing & Business Development

Miles Johnston

Miles leads business development at Coral Reef Partners, focusing on growth strategy and project structures.

A graduate of Lehigh University with degrees in Economics and Entrepreneurship, Miles brings an analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to his work.

When he’s not working on the next big solar project, you can find Miles on the basketball court or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Director, Business Development

Sarah Haak

Sarah leads Marketing at Coral Reef Partners and supports the sales team with a strategic, audience-first approach to position the company as a major player in the solar construction space.

A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Journalism, she brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience across radio, TV, and print advertising.

A self-proclaimed “geriatric millennial,” Sarah enjoys blasting ’90s alternative music while chauffeuring her kids to their many after-school activities.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Justin Brown

Justin plays a unique role supporting both the Business Development and Pre-construction teams by conducting site suitability analyses and generating initial Helioscope solar designs. Once a site is approved, he selects and procures key equipment such as modules, inverters, and racking.

A graduate of Berks Technical Institute with a certificate in Drafting and Design Technology, Justin has over a decade of experience in solar project design.

One memorable project involved a last-minute geotechnical discovery that forced a complete redesign. “We had to pivot quickly,” he says, “but we kept the project on track and on schedule.”

Senior Project Designer + Estimating Support

As Head Estimator at Coral Reef, Jay He works closely with Pre-construction and Project Management to review and complete estimates for new projects and ensure smooth, successful project execution.

Jay is a Master Electrician with 14 years in the solar industry working as Electrical Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultant, and Estimator. Jay has completed over 500 installations across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean.

Outside of work, Jay is a music lover and fitness enthusiast. He has a passion for cooking (everything from handmade pasta to smoked BBQ), training MMA with his son, and collecting board games and Magic: The Gathering cards.

Eric Schraud

As Director of Pre-Con, Eric leads Coral Reef’s talented team of project coordinators, estimators, and designers, streamlining processes for smooth solar installations.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State, and executive certificates from the Wharton School in strategic thinking and financial modeling.

Eric’s strong business background includes a focus on distributed renewable energy projects ranging from 20 to 50 MWh. He previously founded and scaled a renewable energy firm that developed an innovative waste-to-energy technology.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys going on hikes with his fiancée and their two dogs, Miles and Ally.

Director, Pre-construction

Braden brings over 25 years of experience in engineering design, estimating, and construction, with a focus on PV solar since 2011. He holds a BAS in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware and an AS in Architectural Engineering from DTCC. 

As Electrical Design Engineer at Coral Reef Partners, Braden oversees the design aspects of projects from initiation to construction stage focusing on value engineering. 

Passionate about sustainable design, Braden is committed to transforming our future to be more carbon neutral and resilient.

Braden Kreer

Jessica joined Coral Reef Partners after nearly a decade in hospitality and two years in facilities management. As a Project Coordinator on the Pre-Construction team, she manages the interconnection process with clients and utility companies, helping projects move smoothly toward construction.

A Certified Pastry Culinarian with an Associate of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts, Jessica has cooked for several NFL, NHL, and MLB teams. She was the Sous Chef for a highly prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner and has cooked private dinners for Al Gore!

Her birthday falls on Earth Day, which she finds fitting for her new career in clean energy. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys planting and gardening.

Ashley Cromley

Permitting

Ashley joined Coral Reef Partners in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in permitting and regulatory work. Originally supporting CRP through parent company Keystone Clearwater Solutions, she made the change permanent, overseeing regulatory compliance across all project states. 

A graduate of West Virginia University, Ashley oversees all regulatory and permitting needs—from local zoning approvals to federal environmental requirements—and ensures compliance with apprenticeship and prevailing wage standards

Randy Starr

Sam Allen

Sam brings deep field experience to his role at CRP. He has worked on solar and wind projects in all 48 contiguous states, installing more than 2500MW along the way.

Sam holds numerous certifications, including OSHA, NCCER, CPRE, and StormwaterONE.

A favorite project was a solar build for an Arkansas school system - one of the first in the country to run entirely on solar. “It wasn’t the biggest job,” he recalls, “but working with students and families made it unforgettable.”

Myles Martinez

Associate Director, Electrical Construction

With 14 years in the solar industry, Myles brings deep experience across residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. As Associate Director of Electrical Construction, he leads field teams in electrical installation and system commissioning.

An ICC F17 Journeyman and NABCEP-accredited pro, Myles has worked in every environment—from scorching deserts to freezing New York winters.

His philosophy: “Failure to plan is planning to fail.”

Kendrick Curry

Kendrick oversees Construction Managers and Site Superintendents at Coral Reef, driving performance and consistency across the portfolio by implementing efficient, process-driven standards for construction and quality.

His experience has taken him from smaller 5MW DG sites up to to 250MW utility-scale builds with integrated BESS.

A U.S. Army veteran, Kendrick enjoys traveling, trail riding, karaoke, and spending time with family.

Associate Director, Construction + Quality

Jarred Santangelo

Associate Director, Electrical Construction

With more than two decades in construction and solar, Jarred brings a robust skill set to Coral Reef, built across roles in electrical work, offshore rig operations, and maritime systems.

He spent seven years progressing from electrical helper to qualified electrician, six years as a rig electrician, and five years supporting electrical systems aboard vessels before turning his focus to renewable energy.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his strong work ethic, unwavering dedication, and deep-rooted values. His extensive real-world experience has equipped him with the technical knowledge to excel and the passion and ability to mentor the next generation of professionals.

Dan Saia

Dan Saia is the Solar Operations and Maintenance Lead at Coral Reef Partners, leveraging over 15 years of expertise in technology leadership, operations management, and renewable energy innovation.

With a background in IT infrastructure and large-scale EV charging implementations, Dan is passionate about sustainability and technological innovation.

His career highlights include managing enterprise-wide software rollouts for 40,000 users and overseeing EVSE infrastructure for universities and amusement parks.

A lifelong Pennsylvanian, Dan enjoys traveling with his wife, exploring new restaurants, and relaxing at home with his two dogs, Obi and Leia, and his two cats, Flynn and Maggie. He’s a technology enthusiast and a fan of Star Wars, Tron, and audiobooks.
